Stirrup Metal Products manufacture sheet metal products from steel, aluminum, stainless steel and a variety of other metals. Our 7 turret punch presses, with multiple auto indexing stations, can handle material thicknesses up to .312. Heavier material can be cut on our 2500, 3000 and 4000 watt Mazak Lasers . These machines provide high speed punching and cutting of parts. In addition, we have multiple presses available from 15 to 450 tons.
Through punching, forming, welding and hardware insertion operations, we create assemblies ready to be finished through powder coating, painting and silk screening operations. We have a conveyorized electrostatic powder coating line with an Amiberica 3 stage washer, and MS (by Carlisle Industries) automatic coating equipment.
We are a full service job shop coater as well.

From cutting and drilling to sawing and surface grinding, Stirrup Metal Products sheet metal fabricating capabilities are diverse. We have an extensive range of fabrication machinery and finishing equipment to offer a one-stop custom solution for customers. Part designs are accepted in .DWG, .DXF, SLDPRT, or PDF formats. We can fabricate prototypes with short turnarounds.
Materials as heavy as 1" can be custom fabricated. Our 175 KVA Lors spot welders and Amada CTS 1200 tapping machines allow us to create assemblies suited for myriad applications. Using automatic PEM hardware insertion machines, we build electronic assemblies for appliances as well. Silver brazing as well as soft soldering are also performed as part of our assembly services.
